The hospital is pretty big and there were a lot of patients. The waiting time was insanely long, and since the doctor I wanted for the surgery consultation was in surgery, they told me to consult with the chief director instead. He did say what I wanted, but he only briefly came into the consultation room where I was talking with the manager and took a quick look before leaving, so I felt a bit hesitant to decide.
