I think kindness is not that important if the skill is good, but the director spoke informally and seemed to scold me, so I did not feel good throughout the consultation. Regarding the implant, in the end they did not clearly say what would be best and just said it depends on you. The consultation manager felt like they went back and forth between kind and unkind? Even though I did not have many questions, they kept sighing every time I asked..;;;; Still, the consultation was long, and the ENT director was kind. The estimate was the cheapest among the places I visited.
