The manager was kind, and I had a lot of questions but they answered everything sincerely. The director also pointed out the key points clearly, so it was easy to understand. If there was something I didn't understand, they explained it again in simpler terms. The consultation manager was extremely kind, so I think it would be okay to talk about any uncomfortable issues after surgery too.
