The overall atmosphere was a little chaotic. When I had the consultation with the doctor, the manager was there too. The manager sat in the doctor's seat and listened to the consultation together. It was the first time I had experienced that kind of atmosphere. It felt a bit like a neighborhood clinic? There was not much pressure to go ahead with surgery, which I liked.
