Since it is a fairly large hospital, I had to wait more than an hour, and like almost every large hospital, I ended up talking mostly with the manager. The director only spent about 5 minutes talking and then left, which felt a bit anticlimactic. I understand that a lot of people come and they probably get tired of saying the same things every day, but I could not help feeling disappointed.
