I had a reservation and went, and I think I waited about 20 to 30 minutes. The staff seemed a bit frazzled. I spent more time consulting with the coordinator than with the surgeon, and when I showed the shape I wanted, the surgeon said it was possible to some extent and explained the materials and height in detail.
