I got a consultation after watching the YouTube videos, and the atmosphere felt similar to what I saw in the videos, with an emphasis on natural results. During the consultation they showed several before-and-after photos of similar cases, so I could roughly predict the outcome after surgery, and they did not recommend any excessive procedures.
