I remember the director being extremely kind and having a very confident attitude. It was exactly like what I saw on YouTube. They showed me lots of photos of different cases, so it was easy to understand how things could turn out. The manager was also kind and gave me a good consultation, which I liked. Overall, I liked how confident they were about their skill, but the price feels a bit expensive. The hospital is on the small side.
