I went in for an eye consultation. The doctor didn’t even properly read the pre-consultation chart and then suggested taking photos. The manager doing the consultation has such an aggressive tone. Please calm your expression down. All thoughts of surgery vanished. And the doctor said it was a simple eye surgery, but the cost came out to 500. The doctor and the manager were saying different things, so the trust level was zero.
