The hospital was in a quieter place than I expected, so that was surprising. There was a bit of a wait, but I liked that I could consult with the doctor right away, and that they explained the surgery direction according to what I wanted. I also liked that they took photos and used Photoshop to show visual materials of the expected surgical results.
