I emphasized several times that I wanted it to look natural, but it didn't turn out natural, so I'm disappointed. Unlike what I saw on YouTube, they weren't very kind. The fat graft took well, so I wonder if I should have had a breast fat graft instead. At this point I won't be doing facial fat grafting again.
