I had it done in 2013. I was in my early twenties at the time, so it was a huge amount of money T_T Nowadays there are some cheap places if you look at fat grafting event prices... But about 70 percent of what was put in during the first round there was absorbed. After the second round, though, it settled so well that about 60 percent in total took hold. Personally, I think people with very little body fat absolutely need a second round. I had a protruding brow bone on my forehead and sunken cheeks, and after getting fat grafting here, my image changed. I looked much softer. Even now, the fat in my forehead and chin is still holding well... It is basically like it is mine now, and it does not disappear even if I diet. But maybe because fat built up in my chin, I get acne there often T_T Personally, I think the key to fat grafting is the survival rate. It is not just about the hospital; if survival rates do not differ based on the doctor's skill when injecting the fat, then I think the patient's own condition matters most, and otherwise it seems to depend on the doctor's judgment. In any case, I was satisfied with the fat grafting design, but the nasolabial folds definitely fade quickly, probably because they are used so often T_T
