(I was about 5 minutes late for the doctor consultation time because I was parking, but) even though the doctor was at the hospital, they did not let me see the doctor first and instead made me consult with the manager first. So I made the long trip there, but I could not even have the doctor consultation. (They said the doctor had already gone home, which was the first time I had ever experienced something like that, so I was quite flustered.) From my first visit, the female staff member at the counter had a somewhat unfriendly tone, and since I came from the countryside, I really wish the hospital had been more flexible and helped me meet the doctor for the consultation. If they had done that, I would have trusted them and booked right away. I do not trust the medical staff or the employees (if they act like this before surgery, I think they would be even less friendly after surgery), so I do not think I will have the surgery.
