I was not satisfied with the consultation with the chief doctor at my first visit, so I had it done elsewhere and came back for revision consultation. The older manager with short hair responded very unpleasantly, maybe because I had gone to another hospital first. I wanted to leave immediately, but I decided to at least hear them out, and after waiting a long time I met the doctor, who was kind. I was willing to go through with it if the manager had been kind, but they stayed rude to the end. When I said I was hesitant because the manager was rude, they just said it was my choice whether I did it or not, so I should decide for myself. At first that manager seemed kind, but I even wondered if this was the same person, because they felt like the type of manager who changes after a surgery goes wrong and then says things differently. I guess this hospital was just not meant to be for me.
