I had revision double-eyelid surgery here and I regret choosing based on just one successful eye photo that looked like it had been plastered all over Naver. It wasn't done under sleep anesthesia + local anesthesia, only local anesthesia, so the surgery was insanely hard for me. The injections hurt too, but the medication didn't spread well so I had to get poked several more times and it was awful.. I'm struggling with sausage eyelids and scars, and I'm looking into hospitals for scar revision, but I'm going to avoid places that only do local anesthesia. It was so hard then that I never want local anesthesia only again. After the revision, the line at the inner corner of my eyes is uneven and the fixation is too deep, so the mucosal eversion is severe and my eyes sting. When I open my eyes with effort, they look like extremely bulging eyes, like Mr. Kim Min-gyo from SNL with bulging eyes. I have a sunken scar on my double-eyelid line and a split scar at the outer corner of my right eye. Maybe the fixation was done too strongly, because even though I didn't make the line thick, when I slightly lift my eyelids or open them faintly it looks like sausage eyelids. On the other hand, when I open them clearly, the mucosa flips outward a lot, ugh.. The front canthoplasty was cut in too deep, which is disgusting. I still feel so stressed even though it's been two years because I look fierce and the sunken scars at the inner and outer corners are still there. I’m going to end up spending several times more money on canthoplasty reversal and double-eyelid revision.. I wish I could go back to before the surgery.
