I had incisional surgery to lower the line. It turned thick and sausage-like, so I went back and had surgery. The consultation style was informal, speaking casually, but in a friendly way, I do not really mind that, so this may be a matter of preference. It seems like lowering it was done well. People who like a natural thin line would probably be happy going there, and they also gave me scar injections three times or so. It might be good for sausage-looking cases too.
