Director Kim Hyung-muk consulted with me really kindly! I was planning to get fat grafting because Indian bands were stressing me out, but he said filler would probably improve it better than fat grafting, and when I asked about liposuction, he said liposuction might actually make it sag more and did not seem like a good option.
