The desk staff responded kindly when I went in, so I was able to stay at the clinic feeling good from the start. The director's surgery was running late, so there was a bit of a wait, but after hearing the explanations and filling out the chart, it felt like there was hardly any wait. Also, the director explained everything in detail and confidently told me the design I wanted, which I liked.
