Last year I got a cheap nose surgery through a connection from a friend with a specialist in facial contours, and it was a disaster. I had autologous cartilage grafting and alar reduction, but the part where the autologous cartilage was grafted stuck out, so my nose became uneven After the semester ended I immediately had revision surgery at Dream, but once they shaved down the protruding cartilage, I really couldn’t tell the difference between having had cosmetic surgery and not having had it I’m definitely going to get revision surgery somewhere else next year. And the director’s excuse was even more ridiculous. Saying the protruding cartilage was because my skin was thin I learned once again that eyes and noses have to be done by specialists in eyes and noses.
