I visited after watching a YouTuber's review of incisional alar reduction on YouTube and had incisional alar reduction too. It's been about 4 years now, and if you ask me whether I'd go back and do it again, I think I'd say probably not... For sure, incisional alar reduction does have an anti-aging effect. And the proportions of the face do improve. But the scar they were so confident about... I think I'll have to carry it for the rest of my life. Even after about 12 follow-up treatments at a famous scar clinic after surgery, the W under my nose is still visible.. T_T And my upper lip somehow doesn't feel like my own lip .. so even though it's been a long time since the surgery, it still feels awkward...
