It's been 8 months since my under-eye fat repositioning surgery. I still have a bit of altered sensation under one eye (like a tingling feeling under the eye when I touch the side of my nostril?), but I'm very satisfied with the surgery. I only really notice the numbness a little when applying lotion, and I don't notice it much in daily life. The director explained enough about different possible side effects, so I just accepted it as part of the process. It seems like the small swelling kept going down until around 3 months. For my expressions and everything else to really feel natural and like my own, I think it took about 6 months! Before that, I would sometimes feel a pressure sensation in my eyes, and when I touched around my eyes it felt like trapped air was puffing out, but now at 8 months it feels settled and firmly in place. The hospital facilities are so clean, and the staff are kind too. I'm so satisfied that I want to try other things as well, but it feels like under-eye fat repositioning is their main specialty, which is almost disappointing lol The director is very meticulous, and you can feel how delicate the procedure is. If it's under-eye fat repositioning, I recommend it!
