I saw on YouTube or somewhere that aegyo-sal could be created with fat repositioning, so I came all the way from the countryside. When I got there, I was told that fat repositioning alone would not be effective and that it might be better to get a small amount of filler instead. At the time I had a vague aversion to fillers, so I said I would not do it and left, but now that I think about it, maybe I should have gotten it done there...? They seemed professional, they checked things carefully during the consultation, and they did not even charge a consultation fee.
