I had my second revision nose surgery here. At first it looked pretty, but as time went on the donated rib cartilage got absorbed badly, and the nose asymmetry also got severe. It wasn’t that the doctor lacked technical skill so much as that he didn’t seem to have much aesthetic sense, and he also didn’t seem to consider the importance of facial proportions. In the end I had a second revision somewhere else.
