The director explained everything in detail, and the manager was also very kind. As for the surgical materials, there were choices available, and they recommended costal cartilage. The surgery fee is on the expensive side, and since I'm looking into revision surgery... well, I was prepared for that to some extent. They took a CT before the consultation. They said the surgery can be done exactly the way I want, and they were very confident... but saying everything can be done makes me worry even more lol...
