Wide nostrils, a low nose tip, and a short columella... a textbook case of a fleshy nose. After deciding to get nose surgery, I visited 11 places and this was the last consultation I went to. The doctor had quite a lot of experience, so he seemed very confident and also highly professional! I liked the consultation full of confidence.
