I think I went around 1 p.m. for a consultation, but maybe they had just come out of surgery or were about to go in, I wasn't sure, but they seemed in a hurry. They told me to ask questions while breathing a little heavily. They didn't avoid answering when I asked, but they answered in a rather perfunctory, indifferent way and seemed like they wanted to finish quickly, so the consultation wasn't very good. It's a private clinic, and I had booked the consultation after seeing quite a few good reviews, so I was a little disappointed.
