I can't say the doctor was kind, but they had a professional and confident presence. I consulted with the doctor first, then the coordinator, and the coordinator was actually much kinder and explained things so well that I felt more drawn to this place. So after looking at one more clinic, I decided to reserve here because of the doctor’s confidence and the coordinator’s explanation and kindness. I really hope the surgery goes well
