The doctor seems indifferent. They seem too busy and not very attentive. They do point out the problems quickly, though. They seem to have a strong ego, and looking at the before-and-after photos, the results really are pretty. But it feels like they want to finish the consultation quickly, so it is a bit hard to keep asking questions lol. The consultation manager is not rude, and not overly friendly either. It was okay. From word of mouth and the before-and-after photos, it seems like a decent hospital, but both the doctor and the consultation manager are on the cynical side, so I worry about what would happen if something went wrong after surgery. If they are like this before surgery, then what about after surgery.. that kind of worry? I wish the doctor would pay a little more attention to each patient and communicate better. It is a private clinic, but the consultation is shorter than what you get from doctors at large hospitals, which is disappointing. Even so, because they still have so many patients, it feels like they do not have anything to lose.
