First of all, the staff were kind and I liked that there was no encouragement to book after the consultation. This was the first time I had never been told to leave a deposit and go make a reservation after the consultation. But maybe because there was only one doctor, the wait was a bit long, and maybe because he had just finished surgery, he looked very tired and seemed exhausted during the consultation. Still, he wasn't particularly rude, so I have no complaints.
