I wanted to lower it, but the doctor firmly said only raising it was possible, so I did not end up having surgery. However, I thought the doctor's aesthetic sense and expertise were excellent, and I liked how straightforward he was. The staff were all very friendly in different ways, and the waiting area was nice. I did not have the surgery, so I do not know for sure, but based on the reviews it seemed very satisfying!
