I went for a consultation because acquaintances of mine had good results here, and the doctor's consultation was good, but I felt he was extremely busy. Still, he explained things quite thoroughly. But before the surgeon consultation, when I told the consultation director that I had had surgery at another hospital, suffered complications, and sued them, they treated me like a troublemaker. The doctor's explanation was good, and my acquaintances had good results too, so I asked the consultation director, Im Soo-hyun, about the price. The price was high, but when the consultation director brought up a discount, I said I did not want a discount and that if the surgeon did a good job, that would be enough. Then they started talking nonsense, saying it was not that they would care less if I did not take a discount, which was completely off topic. Anyway, my acquaintances all had good results, and most importantly my younger sibling had a seriously bad nose, but they turned it into a completely different person, so I trusted the doctor's skills. On the way back from the consultation, I called and said I wanted surgery there, but they said February was fully booked and told me to look around more before reserving, which felt like they did not want to take me. Did they think I was a troublemaker? That made me feel bad. After that, I called again to say I wanted another consultation and to book, but they said my consultation director was off that day and would come in the next day. I asked if another consultation director could handle it, but they said no and that the next day my assigned director would call me, but they still have not called. I wanted to get it done here, but because of the director, I ended up not being able to. If they will not even arrange a reservation, what am I supposed to do? Anyway, I admit the doctor's skill is good, but the consultation director has an awful personality.
