The shape is pretty. The aesthetic sense is definitely different from other doctors. They seem to have their own standards. I had the silicone removed because of inflammation, but I won't blame the doctor automatically just because inflammation happened. Since this was a revision surgery, I was a bit anxious too. If I had to assign blame, it feels about half and half. I think their design is among the top five. I only had costal cartilage at the tip, and even without a bridge it didn't look awkward, but they made the tip match the bridge, so the tip is high. +) The reason I said half and half is that I had silicone before, then removed it, then put it back in, and in that respect I should have been more careful. But there was also a bit of greed on my side too, so I think that's how it was.
