I had all four types of canthoplasty done, and first of all, it looks natural and I'm satisfied. The scar took some time to go away, but I do wish it had been cut a bit more dramatically and widened more. Still, the nurses were kind, and overall it's pretty good. I recommend it for people who like a natural look.
