I had all four canthoplasty procedures, but my eyes were so deeply set that I did not expect a huge effect anyway. Still, it seems like the canthoplasty made some difference, and I was worried about scarring, but now that about seven months have passed, it has mostly faded. They seem to prefer a natural look.
