I think opinions about the director are a bit divided. It seems like they reflect the patient's opinion a lot, but on the other hand, it can also feel like they are not putting much effort into the consultation. I was honestly disappointed that the consultation was not long or detailed, but I was satisfied with the facilities and the kindness of the manager.
