I went for a consultation about inner canthoplasty revision. They use the VY revision method, which is the most commonly used method for inner canthoplasty revision. I had what they called upper canthoplasty, but when I consulted another clinic, they said there were traces of inner canthoplasty, so it was basically the same as having had inner canthoplasty. Anyway, there are parts of the revision I'm satisfied with and parts I'm not. What I'm satisfied with is the degree of closure of the medial canthus and its shape. What I'm not satisfied with is the scar. They give one laser treatment session as a free service, but the scar did not improve. Nobody else may know, but it's a scar only I know about. Still, it's pretty stressful, so I'm thinking about opening it up again.
