When I went for the consultation, they explained things by drawing pictures too. The doctor wasn't especially warm, and his reply was basically that he already knew everything I wanted, so I did trust him, but it didn't feel like we were really communicating. I wanted a doctor who would listen more carefully to my opinion, so I didn't go ahead with the surgery
