I went for a consultation this spring. I went because the reviews were pretty, and the director explained things really calmly and well. The manager also had before-and-after photos laminated in the consultation room, and she explained things while showing those haha There was also an event at the time, though I don't know if it's still running now. I went because it's a place people often go to for secondary canthoplasty, but there wasn't an explanation of the surgical method, just a promise that they would do the surgery well.
