I had a short consultation last November, so I do not remember it well, but when I asked about alar reduction, what stayed with me was that they said if it is done wrong, you might not be able to breathe, so unless it is absolutely necessary, do not do it. I wish I had listened then, because I had surgery at another clinic and am regretting it now. I have to wait 5 months for revision surgery, but right now I am leaning much more toward removal, and I am looking for clinics mainly in Seoul. Still, because I have left a little room for revision, I plan to visit again when the time is close. Until now, I was the type who trusted that the surgeon would just do well on their own, but that was my big mistake. Now I get a lot of information from a community and have also learned a bit about noses, so if I visit later and the consultation does not feel right, I will pass right away.
