I went for a consultation about nose surgery~ First of all, the stairs at the entrance are so narrow and steep that I even worried whether I might get hurt coming down after surgery.. The doctor was kind and gave a thorough consultation, and the consultation manager was also kind and helpful. The cost didn't seem much different from other places. But I had a note in my chart about my previous surgery history, and the front desk staff said it way too loudly in front of other customers, which startled me and really upset me. There were a total of two clinics where that happened during consultations. I really wish they had better basic manners.
