I had a consultation with the director for eye and nose revision surgery. He listened carefully and explained everything well. It seems like nose revision cases are more common than eye cases. The manager was a bit more rigid than at other places, but I think the director's consultation is 99% of what matters, so I didn't feel too unhappy about it.
