I was able to consult directly with the doctor! But maybe because the consultation was scheduled after a long surgery, he looked so tired and spoke like he was rapping an outsider flow, which felt a bit off. Everywhere else said I needed nostril reduction, but this was the only place that said I did not need it! So the price came out cheaper than elsewhere. But my goal is maximum efficiency, so I am going to a place that will actually do the nostril surgery.
