I had a plastic surgery consultation a few months ago. First, they take photos and then show you, kind of like instant Photoshop on an iPad, how you would look after surgery and how you would improve. Then they tell you which surgeries are possible and which are possible but not recommended. The director is very calm and speaks softly and gently. The clinic itself is small since it is a one-doctor clinic. I remember the prices being somewhat high.
