First of all, I liked that the consultation was not focused only on sales. The director was so calm, and I really liked that. Other places were telling me to use donor rib cartilage, but here they said cartilage would be enough! I really felt like they understood the problem with my nose well, so I trusted them a lot. The manager was not extremely friendly or anything, but it felt appropriately? They didn't push me to do it or anything and only said what needed to be said, which I liked.
