Do not go here.. I want to stop people from going. Someone who said they would not book surgery was told to at least set a date since reservations are hard to get, so I booked without thinking much. They said if you cancel more than a day in advance, you get a full refund, and I even recorded them saying to just put down a 100,000 won deposit lol I put down the 100,000 won and canceled the surgery two days before, but then they said the refund policy clearly says only 50% can be refunded, so they would not refund the full amount. If they never told me about the refund policy, then they should not lie. They said it could be canceled up to the day before, but then blamed the consumer for not checking because it was written on the website and on a paper receipt. Why would I check if I was planning to cancel anyway.. or should they not lie? Anyway, I recorded the whole argument on the phone too. I recorded both the consultation and phone calls, and when I was about to mention their lies and that I had said I did not want to set a surgery date but they insisted reservations are hard to get so I should just hold a date, they probably got scared lolllllllll Then they suddenly got furious and went completely off the rails, saying a full refund was impossible lolllllllll What a trash hospital lol I do not know if all the staff are like that, but at least the two people I talked to on the phone had complete scumbag energy.
