The consultant did not leave any particular impression and only gave the basic explanation. I met with Doctor Tian Hyun, and as soon as he came in, he explained my nose very quickly. What was disappointing was that he said the surgery would not turn out well unless an artificial dermis was added, but the promotion made it sound like it would be okay even without it, which rubbed me the wrong way.
