There is one consultation manager, I think her name is Mona or something, and she is honestly so rude. I liked the reviews and the surgery methods, but I did not go because the consultation manager was awful. We were talking in a tiny consultation room that felt like a basement, and I felt like I was going to suffocate. If you want to sell something, you need to change the way you speak first.
