The doctor explained things very kindly. They explained in detail while drawing pictures. The manager did not pressure me to pay a deposit and treated me kindly, almost like a real older sister giving me advice about my concerns. However, the consultation staff who handled the reservation were a bit blunt. Other than that, it was fine.
