I went into the operating room with my phone recorder on, and the male doctor who was supposed to do the surgery did the design, and at first I could hear his voice, but then suddenly I heard the sound of the operating room door slamming open and shut, and after that I could only hear the voice of someone presumed to be a female doctor and the nurse. Later, when I confronted them and asked if it was a proxy surgery, they said the CCTV had been deleted so they couldn't show it. The chief director heard this and raged like a psychopath, yelling that it wasn't true. It's the worst hospital. It has all the worst conditions: factory-style, rude, poor surgical skill. It seems like a place only foreigners who know nothing would get surgery.
