The consultation manager was an older woman, and she picked up my stress points about my nose before I even mentioned them. She seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. She spoke gently and gave me a two-hour consultation. I'm in sales too, so if I saw someone just delivering sales lines, I'd leave right away, but this woman was the real deal. However, if she had been a doctor, I would have gone ahead with surgery immediately, but after the consultation the head representative spent 5 minutes showing off with strange English words and then left without properly even looking at my eyes and nose. My anxiety about surgery grew. And in the end I was matched with Director Cheon Jae-hyeon. What I learned after leaving the hospital was that I didn't even get to see the face of Director Cheon Jae-hyeon, who would operate on my nose. Also, for my first eye surgery, the chief director said it was too expensive and quoted 330, so when I said I wouldn't do it, they matched me with Teacher Jeon Yoon-ju, who isn't even registered as a director.
